本职位需要招聘一名有IT学历背景且英文良好的工程师，作为现场技术支持工程师外派至我们的重要客户公司，为客户提供专业的IT技术支持服务。我们需要一个对IT事业有热情，有上进心，愿意不断提升IT技术的工程师加入我们的团队。


1.至少1年IT相关工作经验；
2.精通Win系统安装、配置、维护、故障排除；
3.熟练使用outlook、office等客户端，精通安装、配置、维护、故障排除；
4.熟悉PC、Laptop硬件配置；
5.有域环境下IT维护的工作经验优先；
6.具备良好的沟通、协调及应变能力；
7.具备良好的服务意识及团队合作精神；
8.熟悉LOTUS NOTE 技术 优先

Job Responsibility:
1. On-site technical support(Outsourcing)
2. Professional IT support for clients
3. Support users on system issues and work closely with end users on how specific business requirements can be best supported.
4. Analysis user requirements and design solutions.

Job Requirements:
1. 1-year related work experience is required
2. Good knowledge of windows install, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting is required
3. Good knowledge of office install, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting is required
4. Knowledge of PC, laptop hardware configuration
5. Knowledge of Lotus Notes is preferred
6. Work experience of AD is preferred
7. Self motivated, proactive attitude, good self learning capability
8. Good English communication skills is preferred
