职位描述
1、根据部门的总体战略建立培训体系。
2、制定部门年度、季度、月度、新员工入职培训计划，并检查计划实施情况，总体培训情况和各部门、各城市、各财富中心培训检查情况进行总结，对培训效果做出客观评估，提出培训新计划。
3、按照市场推广计划组织市场推广活动，审核市场推广方案。
4、拓展培训渠道和培训资源，积累培训经验和资料，开发培训课题，编制培训教材，编写培训教案。
5、指导、辅助各区域、城市贯彻落实各项培训项目。
6、选拔、培养和管理内部培训师，为内部培训师提供咨询和指导，提高培训质量及效果。
7、负责做好员工培训各课目考核与验收工作，做好培训考核和培训评估的管理工作。并撰写员工培训的评估报告，部门负责人。
8、与外部培训机构保持良好关系，并从中选择高质量的培训机构为公司提供培训。
9、管理、设置、添购各种培训所需要的物资器具、教育设备并做好维护保养工作。
10、确保每一位新选用的员工在正式上岗工作之前都必须经过岗前培训和提高培训，具备岗位所要求的素养和知识。
11、完成部门总交办的其他工作。

任职要求

5年以上市场方面工作经历、专科及以上学历
