Title:Director for investment and M&A
Job Description
The successful candidate will join the newly established the department which is responsible for all aspects of deal management, analysis, and diligence of the company’s investment and M&A opportunities. He/she will have demonstrated expertise and experience driving transaction processes with strong financial modeling, communication, and management skills.
Manage and conduct process management, analysis, and diligence for all investment and M&A opportunities.
Drive diligence, transaction timelines, and assist in final contract negotiation, approval and execution.
Prepare investment committee materials for potential investment that include financial analysis, market research, due diligence findings, and return analysis.
Provide the financial analysis to help decision-makers assess the strengths and risks involved in a given acquisition opportunity.
Conduct deal management of all opportunities. Each opportunity requires significant collaboration with a variety of stakeholders from different internal and external functions in order to achieve company’s long-term growth objectives.
Communicate clearly, effectively and sensibly with all counterparties (internal and external) given the strategic nature of each transaction.
Establish and manage relationships with key law firms, financial consulting firms, and accounting firms.
Requirement:
4 - 8 years previous experiences in investment area is required with the track record of sound judgment and efficient execution of investment and M&A transactions .
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity
Strong financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and collaboration skills.
Understanding of the semiconductor and IT industry including companies, products, markets, technologies, and financing structures.
Bachelor degree of finance, engineering, economics, etc. and MBA is a plus
