POSITION OVERVIEW:
The position will be responsible for product and customer order support for our Being China office sales market. The sales coordinator will support KI sales teams, customers, dealers, and other business partners for all products. This includes all pre-sales and post-sales activities. The Sales Coordinator will use his/her extensive technical knowledge of KI products and services to provide exceptional service and support to our Chinese and international customers, dealers, and other KI entities throughout the world.

List the functions required of a person to perform this position.
Project Coordination项目协调:
Develop and provide a comprehensive quote to KI customers for all products.

Ensure that customer deadlines and quality expectations are met, including resolving all quality issues in a timely manner.

Provide technical assistance to customers as related to KI products and product capabilities.

Follow up with the KI manufacturing facilities or suppliers involved with processing orders to ensure timeliness of delivery.

Obtain cubing and weights for shipments and ensure all proper documentation is in-place.

Coordinate related product/projects with participating manufacturing/supplier facilities to leverage all manufacturing capabilities to meet the customer needs.

Review customer quotations to assure accuracy.

Maintain project folders as required as a resource for future projects and as a resource for other team members.

Work with the logistics team and support with necessary information to ship the product.

Prepare sales literature at the request of a sales representative or customer (finish samples, literature, presentation materials, specification sheets, etc.).

Assist with bid review (submittals, product specifications, etc.).

Coordinate mock-up/sample requests (including specification, order processing, installation, presentation needs, etc.).

Provide feedback on cost of quality issues to appropriate KI department so that actions can be taken with the suppliers.

Sales:
Participate in project management meetings with customers and sales reps as required.

Travel to and visit customers when required in order to best support them in the field.

Make follow-up calls to dealers, reps or customers to follow up with quotations, project status, and to provide overall good customer service.

Review, manage, and process order changes and cancellations after Order Entry process is complete.

Provide all KI entities with support, transfer pricing, and quotes when applicable.
需要时须对KI 的全部企业做当时所需的支援, 转换价格, 和报价.
Process purchase orders received to assure timely submittal to manufacturers/suppliers.
处理已接收到的订单且确保及时提交给生产工厂和供应商.
Assist in the resolution of issues that may be keeping orders on hold.
协助处理及解决可能将订单搁置的问题.
Facilitate order changes between customers and KI Beijing.

Be the point of contact for customers on invoice questions, delivery coordination, acknowledgements, etc.
接洽客户发票问题, 协调货物运输, 招呼客人, 等等.
Audit order acknowledgements for accuracy and establish project timelines and priorities.

Complete special projects/tasks as assigned by your manager.

Establish project timelines and priorities to best support the customer.

Communications

Serve as principle customer contact for all project activities, pre-sales through post-sales.

Monitor and inform key parties regarding project status and changes.

Coordinate with other KI team members to assure for clear communication and understanding.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors’ Degree or 4-year degree
学士学位或四年的学位
1+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or project management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

International travel experience preferred

Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with various international cultures throughout the world
