1.负责从样品到量产整个生产过程的产品质量控制，并能寻求各种改进方法以提升产品质量
2.制定各种与品质相关的检验标准与文件
3.指导外协厂的品质改善，产品良率的分析与改良
任职资格
1.熟悉电子产品生产流程，熟悉SMT及焊接工艺
2.具备深厚的维修功底，能焊接BGA封装芯片，熟练使用各种焊接工具
3.能上夜班
4.有通信产品生产维修经验优先
5.具备初级硬件电路知识水平
