Job Title: Technical Purchaser

Reporting to: Head of Purchasing

Location: Based in Beijing

Responsibilities:

· Search and evaluate qualified supplier in Chinese Market

· Supplier management and development

· Formulate Price Enquiry based on basic technical and commercial information;

· Draft offer and/or contract, supplier negotiation with the support from technical & QC department

· Order placement, scertain that Purchase Contract Conditions conform to Sales Contract Conditions

· Liaise and coordinate with customer / supplier /Customs Authorities on Technical / Commercial / Export aspects

· Fully comply with Department and Company Procedures and apply related documents

Qualifications:

· University and above degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Commercial

· 3-5 years experience in related technical purchasing;

· Commercial awareness/background

· Knowledge of Project Management & Quality Control are preferred

· Familiar with Contract Law and Trade Regulation an advantage.

Requirements:

· Fluent in English and Chinese (written, oral) & logic thinking;

· Dynamic personality;

· Computer proficient;

· Multitask ability;

· Travelling.
