Responsibilities:
? Focus on service & product business development and new client acquisition, on multi-level basis, both leading a sales team and cultivating the most strategic and senior relationships independently
? Increase revenue by expanding into new distribution channels for tech products and brands; focus is on tech, but should look to always integrate RC products as part of broader 1CIC solution where possible
? Secure long-term loyalty marketing program contracts with high profile customers in designated region/markets
? Increase revenue by expanding into new distribution channels for the RC’s products and brands
? Develop additional businesses in line with short- and long-term objectives/targets, and strategies for the company.
? Gear all sales & marketing activities to achieve/exceed the business revenue targets in China.
? Maintain thorough knowledge of social media industry and trends within the region
? Maintain client relationships and organize periodic strategic reviews with existing clients
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have 1-2 years of professional working experience in various B& marketing roles with an emphasis on content creation
2. Display high creativity coupled with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a rapidly-growing, evolving start-up environment
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Marketing &Sales Sense is a must. Interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and within a team environment
4. Strong organization skills and attention to details
