职位描述
岗位职责：
1.根据银保业务发展阶段，建立和更新银保渠道培训规划及年度计划，管理培训预算。
2.通过与合作银行方的沟通，了解培训需求，筛选、评估、整合外部培训课程，与内部课程体系一起，组成培训综合解决方案提供给银行方。
3.诊断分公司业务需求，总体负责银保培训课程开发、更新、讲授及评估。
4.为银保渠道各层级员工提供发展工具。
5.负责银保渠道讲师能力发展和日常管理。
6.上级领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，市场营销、金融类专业优先；
2.3年以上保险行业销售渠道培训工作经验，良好的人际交往能力，善于沟通。
3.具备良好的工作习惯与职业操守，抗压能力强，具备刻苦耐劳的敬业精神及团队合作能力。
4.熟练操作OFFICE办公软件，尤其是PPT制作。
