- Conducting of meetings
- Support and implementation of measures for improvement
- Coordination and approval of holiday scheduling and capacity planning
- Ensuring the employability of the team
- Integration and training of new team members
- Ensuring the distribution of necessary information to team members
- Support of internal/external cooperation among the departments and/or groups
