Position responsibilities
Pre-Program Management

?Work with Forward Planning team on pre-Program What if and Vignette Studies (before Program Start – ) and coordinate with AP PTME engineering team, Plant engineering team, Global PTME engineering team to provide study cost out as required
?Identify and coordinate program resource requirements for each program and manage overall program head count.
?Support development of manufacturing inputs for investment, launch, and resource requirements into the annual Business Plan
?Interface with Asia Pacific function teams on Business Plan input and output: Program Investment, Resource etc.

Standard and Process Development

?Work with Plant Program Engineers and coordinate to implement Global Tools, Standard and Template and delivery to all plant and programs
?Develop Program Standards / Templates if no existing tools to eliminate difference program by program in terms of: Timing Chart / Governance / Capacity Analysis / Launch Curve vs Global Standard
?Collect / Develop / Analysis region benchmarking / standard to Support Business Decisions and cost study response: Timing / Budget / Staff Plan
?Lead / Participate in new program study process with manufacturing planning
?Cost Study Investment estimate and Planning for future programs: Timing / Resource / Funding
?Drive region programs result matrix continues improvement program by program
?Planning for programs on Timing / Cost / Staffing;

Governance Meeting Support

?Support program/business meetings and prepare review deck as required: AP Manufacturing Special Attention Review (SAR), AP New Plant Governance Meeting, Program Milestone Reviews and New Module Launch Reviews
