职位描述
Archibat is looking for Program Manager for an American automotive industry leader in providing manufacturers with a wide range of innovative brand and product launch solutions. Position based in shanghai or Chongqing.
? Chinese-national, fluent in Mandarin and English, based in China, based in Shanghai or Chongqing
? China-specific client point of contact for day-to-day operational status and client needs
? Central point of contact for operational partner-supplier needs
? Conducts weekly status meetings, both internally (with partner suppliers) and with client
? Supervise and direct operational team to deliver smooth-running systems and events and quality deliverables
? Assistance from US project teams
? Assistance from Project Coordinator in AMCI Beijing office
? Continually assess operational requirements and recommend changes to Account Director and Operational leadership as needs or changes arise
? Develop relationships with internal team, coaches, and suppliers to maintain motivated, loyal resources devoted to the initiative
? Overall budget management and forecasting responsibility
? Review and approve client invoices based on client billing guidelines; submit to clients and answer questions as needed
? Work closely with Finance team in Los Angeles
? Working alongside Field Mentors and with the help of operational staff, responsible for maintaining up-to-date document set related to:
? Coach-Store Allocations
? Coach Contracts
? Expense logs
? Store/Visit changes
