职位描述
1) Report consolidation:
? Assist Regional Sales Manager in collecting all reports from regions, consolidating as a standard National level report for business analysis, plan and action taken;
2) Training materials standardization and improvement:
? Assist in developing new training courses with internal and external resources;
? Coordinate and optimize the training template and format. Standardize the training materials accordingly, including new product knowledge, system update, policy & procedure revision related to sales function; Best practice collection and sharing
3) Projects/ Process coordination:
? Coordinate the marketing survey and intelligence collection to get necessary market intelligence or competition information on regular basis;
? Coordinate with other departments for any new projects launch in terms of launch preparation, training materials readiness, program tracking, and information sharing. For example, R80 upgrade, or F&I models in future.
? Support sales team on project execution, provide necessary coordination in headquarter as sales department's window; Coordinate and follow up dealer operation deficiency, i.e. DD and curtailment payoff, etc
? Purchasing process coordination
4) Daily admin support:
? Assist in documents management and report filing based on FAFC internal requirement; ensure all information and database is managed completely, properly and legally;
? Assist sales team in handling daily admin issues, like TER, POSM reimbursement, documents collection and verification, and income and outcome mails handling, documents chopping,
? Sales team monthly leave record tracking.
? DAM dealer visit schedule booking and tracking
? Any other admin support if needed;
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements;
? Hold a University Degree in Sales, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant field.
? Clear mindset, good working habits, systematic thinking logic.
? Excel and PPT software proficiency.
? Basic skills of data analysis and presentation preparation.
? Good communication skills.
? Self starter and ability to work independently.
? Effective organizational and time management skills (able to prioritize assignments)
? Good written and oral communication skills both in English and Chinese will be an advantage.
? Good team player to work with people with various backgrounds.
? Basic training skills.
? Good admin management skills.
