Job Description:
? Provide focused leadership to a multi-disciplinary software development team to ensure on-time, quality product releases to meet business demands and supporting the continued success of the business.
? Achieve this by providing architectural and technical guidance for product development to ensure that sound engineering design, process, and QA practices are followed as well as overseeing software certification processes to ensure that high quality and compelling software products are delivered.
? As part of the management team develop and implement product development processes including coding standards, technical documentation standards, QA processes, build, and configuration management. Ensure that such practices are followed.

? Strong product development and engineering skills.
? Strong English language communications skills, both written and spoken.
? Able to excite and motivate employees, partner and customers with a compelling vision.

? Ability to work in a fast changing, highly dynamic, geographically dispersed environment.
? Credible interaction at executive and working level settings.
? Flexibility with international travel.
? Good understanding of the software business and its practices.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience:
? BS Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. MS preferred.
? 10+ years technical experience in software architecture and engineering.
? 5+ years management experience, including experience managing development teams.
? Experience with secure coding practices, thread modeling, and vulnerability assessment.
? Working experience with ERP, CRM or OSS applications suite preferred.
? Thorough knowledge of Java, JSP, HTML, XML, application servers, and Eclipse development tools.
? Able to design and implement highly-scalable multi-tenant applications using technologies like J2EE, Hibernate, Struts, MySQL/Oracle.
