岗位职责：
1、挖掘客户的理财、投资需求，进行理财产品的包装并制作相关课件；
2、执行公司的培训、理财项目，组织制式培训班、推广等开拓项目的辅助与跟进工作；
3、深入了解前线理财经理团队的工作状态，配合公司节奏，组织安排早夕会及其他非制式培训；
4、对金融相关行业资讯关注，对数据敏感，根据数据进行分析；
5、协助理财经理维护和开发客户，为客户提供专业的培训、咨询和服务；
6、配合公司完成产品说明会、理财沙龙等活动的运作。


任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上培训工作经验，从事过证券、第三方理财、保险行业者优先；
2、对培训、金融抱有浓厚兴趣，学习能力强，能快速吸收相关知识体系产品；
3、沟通应变能力强，掌握商务谈判的基本要点，具备与企业管理部门进行业务沟通的自信与能力；
4、具有高度的工作热情和良好的团队合作精神；
