The main tasks include the following aspects:

· Build the comprehensive roll-in channels to collect and understand market trends and needs, including, solution, customers, partners, user groups, field, service & support

· Apply design thinking to drive customer centric innovation

· Deliver high quality product specifications

· Work closely with Ux and development teams in each sprint to deliver the features in great user experience and good quality fulfilling customers’ needs

· Work with APO and TPO to define and break-down product backlog

· Constantly innovate and maintain vision leadership in the market

· Collaborate closely internally and externally on all levels to build joint ownership and trust

· Results and execution focused, with a positive can-do attitude

Key Requirement:

· Education – Bachelor Degree required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred

· Very strong understanding of state of art cloud technology or design

· Good skills of customer engagement, requirements engineering, product design and specification

· Enterprise application and business process knowledge

· Innovation, creativity and capability to provide leading vision

· Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills

· Good understanding of the software development life cycle and Scrum methodology

· Team player

· English proficiency in both written and verbal communication

Work Experience：

· 3+ years of professional experience in Product Management or related area along the entire product innovation cycle

· Experience in ERP and SaaS product management or relevant experience is a strong plus.
