职位描述
Responsibilities
? Generate opportunities for BTS and GSS, including bid and proposal management
? Prepare and execute customer engagements in a proactive and structured manner
? Lead projects involving alignment of multiple teams, including people from different departments, regions and cultures
? Perform TCO and cost estimate analysis for large-scale IT and business process projects
? Analyze, evaluate, map and make proposals to align business processes & IT architecture
? Roll-out complex IT and business process transformations for global companies
? Plan, conceive and implement strategic and operational Change Management measures via successful communication, training, and stakeholder management
? Captures opinions, expectations, and messages from stakeholders and effectively communicates them to colleagues & managers
? Drive innovation by identifying white spots or problem areas in an organizations processes, develop to-be concepts, and successfully implements new strategy
? Participate in knowledge sharing & mentoring of less-experience colleagues in [business process consulting teams and IT strategy teams]
? Demonstrate thought leadership by writing white papers and presenting at forums.
Skills
? Management Consulting experience
? Company product knowledge - Conceptual understanding of Company product, core R/3 and new dimension products (ie Mobility, BPC, PCM)
? Industry Experience – Oil & Gas, Hi-Tech
? Process Experience
o Expertise in Oil & Gas processes, Procurement, Logistics, Asset management, and/or Project management processes
o Expertise in end-to-end supply chain in Hi-Tech industry
? Project Management Experience - Full cycle project experience, including pre-sales, configuration, conversion, roll-outs and support; ability to bring team deliverable together to finish on time, on budget
? Understanding of company partner community, structure and operations
? Other - Ability to sell company solutions at business process level, financial analysis skills and competitor knowledge
