职位描述
The Role
The Benefits Analyst positions offer great opportunity for professional development and competency growth. You will assist consultants in the handling and processing of clients’ staff benefit scheme administration and other support services, and will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills.
Performance Objectives
People
? Interact with internal consultants, account manager and/or project manager to address clients’ ad-hoc or new benefit administration request
? Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.
Clients
? Support account manager to provide day-to-day benefits administration services to clients, such as: billing, insurance benefits and non-insurance benefits documentation, data entry and reports generation
? Support administration team to address clients, including HR and employees, enquiries regarding benefit administration through phone or e-mail with clients, external vendors
? Support account manager in new or renewal plan projects
Financial
? Meet revenue and billable hour goals
? Efficient time management
? Identify opportunities for streamlining operation process and processing efficiencies.
Excellence
? Ensure all activities are processed in a timely and accurate manner
? Follow and update plan processing and administrative documentation
? Perform data mining, data checking and data analysis
? Maintain complete, benefit administration work papers and documentation, as well as audit trail
? Conduct research on clients’ and members’ questions and plan issues
? Develop deep technical knowledge and analytical skills
? Strong work ethic, strong initiative, and ability to either work independently or work with a team
? Adhere to all internal practice standards
The Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
? Relevant work or intern experience in client service, account management or employee benefits could be a plus
? Capable of following up with details with high accuracy
? Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong client focus
? Proven analytical and problem solving ability, attention to details and sensitive to numbers
? Self-motivated and able to work independently and contribute effectively as a team-player
? Appreciation of a quick-paced environment and tight deadlines
? Strong computer skills using business related applications, e.g. MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint), etc
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Fluent English is a plus
