任职资格：

（1）5年以上绩效管理工作经验，人力资源管理、劳动经济学、心理学、管理学等相关专业本科以上学历；

（2）受过现代人力资源管理技术、劳动法律法规和基本财会知识等方面的培训；

（3）熟悉国家人事政策、法律法规；熟悉各种绩效评价方法；熟悉绩效管理流程；人力资源管理理论基础扎实；

（4）良好的职业操守，强烈的敬业精神与责任感，工作原则性强；人际沟通、协调能力强，良好的团队合作意识；

（5）具备良好的英文听说读写能力。


工作职责：

（1）协调组织完成公司绩效评价标准的调整，使其更符合不同阶段的要求；

（2）调查评价制度实施问题和效果，提供建议解决方案；

（3）建立公司职位流动和晋升体系；

（4）协助修订政策指南和员工手册，提供政策支持；

（5）改进、完善并监督执行公司考核体系和规范；

（6）指导各部门主管开展评价工作，向员工解释各种相关制度性问题；

（7）根据绩效评价结果实施对员工的奖惩工作；

（8）组织实施绩效评价面谈；

（9）协助上级完成其他相关绩效管理工作。
