Job Role:
· To provide PM services across a broad spectrum of the PM product range based on personal experience and professional training
· To deliver elements of larger Project Management assignments or a wider array of tasks on smaller assignments


Responsibilities:
· Select suitable contractors for work
· Preparing cost proposal for planning and actual expenditure (including variation order)
· Coordinate with the client, the landlord, contractors and other tenants
· Chair project meetings and arrange for recording of actions and distribute minutes of project meetings
· Daily site monitoring and supervision such as working programme and workmanship
· Check and record payment to contractors or suppliers
· Secure accruals as necessary with supporting documents
· Work with and liaison with all other disciplines
· Manage and control all electronic communication on a daily basis, soft and hard copies as appropriate
· Complete project closure timely (e.g. as-built drawings, handover/defects list/acceptance/ client feedback etc.)

· Other duties as per instruction

Requirements

· college degree or above,major in civil engineering or related industry

· at least 5 years experience in construction project management; experience in office building/large supermarket is a plus

· knowledge of fundamental Project Management system and procedures in the construction industry

· Use English as working language
