Training & Development Manager
培训和发展经理
Main responsibilities
1. Manage whole training function which covers general (Company-wide), functional and other ad hoc programs
2. In charge of training operational policy / system improvement
3. Manage the Annual Training Plan generation and implementation
4. Responsible for facilitation independently about management training program such as performance management, management skill, and leadership, etc. to middle level managers by Chinese. If s/he has a series of relevant certificates of in-company-wide or famous global training companies’ (DDI, AMA, Right Management, etc.) training programs..
5. Introduce the corporate programs into local operate market such as talent management, and project management to target audience.
6. Willing design new suitable training programs to cope with business development
7. Responsible for all training-related information analysis upon Human Resources Information System & creative thoughts to support management decision
8. Responsible for training budget set-up and implementation by cost-effective approach
9. Responsible for identification and selection for external training suppliers
10. Support HR for talent management follow-up such as in-house / on-job training and assignment arrangement.
11. Support all employee relation programs in communication area such as news letter, intranet etc

Main responsibilities
1. Responsible for monthly payroll, individual income tax and social welfare & benefits calculation, payment, communication and relevant reports generation by HRIS support
2. Responsible for collection and clarification of critical information update about local social welfare & benefits policies in nationwide
3. Responsible for updated data collection annual salary & benefits survey
4. Responsible for HRIS (C&B portion) regular maintenance and improvement
5. Responsible for consolidation and check for all documents of personnel movement such as new hiring, internal transfer, responsibility /reporting line change, promotion/demotion, turnover and retirement
6. Responsible for expat. salary & income tax payment and leave statistics
7. Support immediate supervisor for manpower cost of annual budget drafting and analyzing and tracking
8. Support HR staffing people for personnel management process completion
9. Support all C&B related routine work or project implementation

2. Responsible for monthly training information (training program, participation and assessment) consolidation and analysis and payment management by HRIS support
3. Responsible for collection and clarification of suitable external training companies’ profiles after regular contact
4. Responsible for training administration support about internal/external training program kick-off
5. Responsible for HRIS (Training portion) regular maintenance and improvement
6. Support immediate supervisor for individual / departmental training needs collecting, annual training plan drafting, communicating and implementation
7. Support HR staffing people for orientation program arrangement and documents improvement
8. Support training budget management
