Essential Responsibilities

• Lead the new process transition and migration in China; document the operation procedures in standard format for China
• Act as business focal for China businesses and coordinate on business transition and realignment
• Coordinate with team members and business finance to solve problems with migration and monitor daily operation • Review, approve and sign on accountants’ requests regarding payment, bank account management and trade operation related work, and ensure all cash operation and settlement being handled accurately and timely
• Monitor, supervise and perform issue resolution for problems regarding daily cash operation
• Work closely with GOF, Business, banks and Treasury to ensure compliance regarding daily payment, FX transaction, Web cash and cash forecasting, etc.; propose actions for FX conversion according to company policy; ensure timely delivery of hedge contracts , etc.
• Bank/GOF/Business/Customer/Treasury query follow-up
• Provide professional training and education to team members
• Participation of projects on Treasury/GOF system and process improvement and simplification
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Responsible, prudent, hardworking and can pay attention to details
• Good command of English and fluent in Mandarin
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and leadership
• Around 3 years experiences in cash operation position
• Knowledge in cash operation and e-banking system is a plus
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter
• Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure
