职位描述及要求：
1.为在京外籍人士提供高端房地产租赁服务，陪同客户参观物业。
2.良好的英语（德语，法语）沟通及表达能力（客户全部为外籍人士，以欧美客户为主）。
3.责任心强，具有良好的服务意识，能承受高负荷的工作压力并能适应加班工作。
4.良好的团队合作意识及吃苦耐劳精神。
5.有高端物业租赁/销售工作经验者或有酒店工作经验者优先。
Skills and Qualifications Required:
1. Previous property leasing/sales experience in Beijing is preferred;
2. A strong command of English/German/French;
3. Strong customer-focus and service orientation;
4. Good communication and negotiation skills;
5. Highly motivated, responsible and hardworking;
