职位描述 Job Description：

"1. 向高级战略采购经理汇报并在其授权范围内管理全球范围内对应的采购项目；
Report to Senior Category Manger. Manage and optimize the assigned purchasing categories within global scope;
2. 协助高级战略采购经理负责国内工厂（北京、常州）的供应商开发、成本控制、价格谈判、质量及交付管理；
Responsible for supplier development, cost control, price negotiation, quality&delivery for local plants in China (Beijing, Changzhou) in coordination with Senior Category Managers;
3. 与高级战略采购经理制定采购战略；
Definition of purchasing strategy in coordination with Senior Category Mangers;
4. 与全球战略采购团队及采购人员合作执行采购战略；
Implement defined strategies in coordination with global category team members and Buyers;
4. 负责所在部门及公司分派的其他指定工作。
Responsible for the other assigned duties within the department or the organization.

任职资格 Qualification Requirements：

"1. 具备理工科教育背景(机械类优先），精通物流、供应链管理等专业知识；
Engineering (Mechanical preferred) educated background, professional background of logistics,supply chain management;
2. 丰富的项目管理及产品开发经验；
Extensive project and product development experience;
3. 沟通、谈判能力强；
Strong communication & negotiation skills;
3. 5年以上外企制造业采购岗位或相当经验，有钣金类产品采购经验为佳；
Minimum 5 years experience of purchasing positions in foreign manufacturing enterprises or equal, better with experience of sheet metal products;
4. 熟练使用ERP/SAP, Office等办公软件；
Skillfull user of ERP/SAP, Office, etc.;
5. 优秀的组织者，优秀的沟通能力及社交能力.
Excellent organizer, excellent interactive and social competence.
6. 多语能力（英语熟练必须，普通话标准必须）；
Multilingual (English and normative Mandarin are mandatory);
7. 能适应频繁的出差旅行；
Adaptable to frequent business travel."
