Accenture GTIN China is seeking Analyst and Consultant level Communications Media & Technology (CMT) industry professionals with industrial, and/or consulting experience.
Analyst for Communications, Media and Technology
MBA from a premier institute / Top Global Institutes
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Strong oral and written English
Experience working in China geography
Desired Skills & Experience for Analyst
· 2-4 years of relevant strong telecom industry background
o Work experience with Major CSPs or EHT companies (Chinese or international) or
o Work experience with large international consulting or professional services firms
· Ability to work in medium-size to large teams to deliver projects for global clients -on site, off site or hybrid. Consulting or functional experience for operators / service providers and electronics /high tech clients in 2-3 areas out of these:
o Process mapping /process improvement (eTOM and ITIL frameworks)
o Customer Relationship Management
o Managed Services and Outsourcing
o Order Capture and Fulfillment
o Billing processes
o Sales and Sales Operations
o Order Capture and Fulfillment
o Contract To Cash and Order To Cash processes
o Service Assurance
o Go To Market (GTM) strategy development
o Enterprise Cloud Services
Consultant for Communications, Media and Technology
In addition to above requirements, the Consultant level requires the following:
· 4- 6 years of progressive and relevant industry and/or consulting experience
· Experience playing a key role in a small project work thread of a Business Reengineering or Transformation or Consulting project
Demonstrated skills in working with middle management levels of client organizations
Team building and leadership skills in a distributed delivery environment
