职位描述
Position purpose
To implement an Asia Pacific MSS staff functional competency development strategy and manage MSSOS evaluations
Position responsibilities
Internal MS&S staff functional learning and development:
?Ensure appropriate training is developed and delivered that closes competency gaps of MSS staff across the region in support of future growth requirements.
?Perform training needs assessment to work out annual training plan and identify competency gaps that need to be filled
?Work closely with agency and markets to ensure the required trainings are to be delivered on time at an agreed quality
?Collect market feedback to improve training delivery process and quality
?Work closely with internal customers to determine appropriate training intervention and content to close the identified competency gaps
?Fully involved in training material development based on internal customer's need
?Update and refresh training to incorporate improvements and adjust for business changes
?Act as Asia Pacific SPOC for Global development of functional competency standards
?Set up and maintenance of Functional Training technology infrastructure including Global L&D SharePoint site (as per standards). Lead the deployment and usage of SABA for internal employees
?Membership in AP Functional College dean forum to enable Global/AP cross functional consistency and best practice sharing
?Lead a common approach of MSS Functional College across all AP markets. Work closely with market MSS leaders and provide guidance to market training teams to align the local strategy with regional business objectives
?Communicate closely with all functions (Marketing, Sales, Service and HR Learning & Development) to ensure all training is relevant with the business requirements.
?Manage and evaluate agency performance against training delivery and training development
MSSOS evaluations: Manage the delivery of Marketing, Sales &Service Operating System program across AP
?Work out annual MSSOS evaluation plan
?Develop MSSOS evaluation agenda for each market and communicate with markets and agency
?Provide necessary support to ensure the evaluation is carried out as planned
?Have a detailed discussion with agency facilitators to get a fully understanding on evaluation results and action plan
?Brief the evaluation results and action plan with the management team
?Follow up with markets on the action plan
?Assist to update and refresh the MSSOS processes as required
