The Role

• Responsible to resolve all claims queries including both high value and complex claims;
• Taking end to end ownership for the resolution of all customer claims enquires;
• Accurately maintain customer records to the customer management system and ensure it is up to date;
• Comply with all regulatory and local governance requirements and adhere to Treating Customer Fairly principle;
• Continue to challenge exiting process and contribute ideas for improvement;

Requirements

• University degree holder in Finance or with medical background;
• 2-3 years of experience in insurance industries preferably in health insurance or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management;
• Have good track record of achieving and exceeding productivity and quality targets in a high performing team environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills,
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Good PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
