Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:

1. 接听客户咨询热线，接待来访客户，做好售前服务工作；

2. 按照公司订单处理流程，准确无误的处理零售订单；

3. 销售订单的整理、记录及归档工作；

4. 协助销售代表开展日常工作，如制作报表、下订单等；


5. 协助完成部门所交付的其他事项。


Job Specification招聘要求:

1. 大专或以上学历，两年以上销售助理相关经验；

2. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

3. 具备较强的客户服务意识；

4. 具备较强的责任心和抗压能力；

5. 熟练使用办公软件，如excel、word、outlook等。
