Domain - focus on service sales to HR function enterprises.

Position:
1. Senior sales / BD manager (SH) ?Branch manager South china
Location: Shanghai or Shenzhen (possible scenario - SH for 6-12 months and later SZ)
Goal (2 scenarios):
1. Manage and develop new accounts of existing business (based in SH office).
2. Expend the success of John Bryce Training in SH, BJ (since 2007) to south china.Expend business activities and establish new company branch in south china (after a period of ½-1 year at SH).
EXPECTED SKILLS:
- Strong sales capabilities.
- Personal charm, charisma, leader.
- Resourcefulness, self-problem solving. Hardworking and independent. Result driven
- Loyal
- previous sales / customer engagement experience – B2B, corporate – mandatory
o Selling services (training, consulting) – highly recommended.
o Existing network within the HR community and / or the senior technical managers in major companies – highly recommended.
o Previous sales position within the training / consulting industries - highly recommended.
- General knowledge of IT and technology trends (wide, not deep or specific knowledge). Introduction level understanding of major technologies and trends with in the Software development, IT area). To be able to conduct meaningful dialog with potential customers, senior engineers, professional HR manager to understand training requirements - highly recommended but not mandatory (knowledge can be acquired)
- Negotiation skills – highly recommended.
- Business quotations, maintaining sales pipeline
- Good Presentation skills, ability for public speech, to host events with large audience – Mandatory.
- English – Fluent speaking, writing and reading ability – mandatory (no need to be as good as native language level, yet fluent)
- BA degree – mandatory
- Managing subordinate’s previous experience –highly recommended.
- BD skills - Be able to plan, modify and localize a business model to fit the training market in South China that might be different then SH, BJ.
- Budget plan - highly recommended.
Position DESCRIPTION:
- Translating/modifying the success of John Bryce Training China (SH, BJ) since 2007 to south china and establish new branchbusiness activity and company branch.
- Develop customer base in middle anSouth China – mainly Chinese enterprises (ZTE, Huawei, Tencent, banking …).
- Bring existing network + develop wide network among HRM, Training managers, senior engineering managers (corporate training delegates).
Report to: China CEO
Location: SH first. SZ as potential.
