岗位职责：
1、 负责组织管理、岗位管理相关的流程、制度、体系的建立，并推动在事业群的实施；
2、 承接各部门提出的组织设置、架构调整申请，根据组织管理制度相关要求进行审核，并完成公文发布；
3、 统筹组织等级评定、职位配置标准相关工作；
4、 研究事业群组织结构、部门职责与权责划分，并提出改进建议；
5、 针对行业标杆做有针对性的组织研究，为内部组织管理提供参考；
6、 分析事业群岗位运行情况，不断优化岗位设置，为职业发展通道划分提供依据；
任职资格:
1、 本科或以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业；
2、 3年以上大型企业组织发展工作经验，具有物流行业人力资源工作经验优先；
3、 熟练掌握现代人力资源理论知识；精通组织分析方法及工具；
4、 熟练掌握OFFICE软件的使用；具备较强的逻辑分析能力、统筹规划能力；
5、 较强的学习能力。
