职位描述
Position: Project Document Controller
Location: China
Responsibilities
Assist PM to regularly observe the operations of the contractor to check progress and quality are in compliance with the current programmes.
Assist PM to monitor Supervision company reports, inspections and remedial actions.
Assist PM to monitors with the Employer, Contractor and Supervision Co. the equipment and materials approval process to ensure compliance with the ER and programme.
Responsible for project's filing system
Documentation for internal and external purposes
Coordination and publication of project instructions
Experience
At least 2 years' administrative support experience in Construction, Engineering or Real Estate industry,preferably with experience on documents control system;
Familiar with project programme & tracking programme, and government statute approval process
Ability of Document Control and Report
Skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese;
Strong knowledge in MS Office operations & MS Project;
Able to work under pressure.
Education
University/ college degree of engineering or above
