- For our Building Technologies Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a Master Planning (主计划员).

What are my responsibilities?

1. Communicate with sales organization to clarify sales forecast and consider historical customer demand to make long term plan.

2. Make production stategy under consideration of historical demand and forecast

3. Make inventory strategy to support production stategy.

4. Support with weekly/daily production plan according to customer order request

5. Material availiability control

6. Logistics related information maintenance in SAP

7. Slow moving stock analysis

8. Reporting

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Professional in production and material planning

2. Long term plan and production stategy definition

3. Inventory structure definition

4. Overall understanding in production process.

5. Strong in data analysis and presentation skill

6. ERP system planning module

7. Knowledge of advanced production logistics concept (e.g Pull principle, VMI...)

8. > 5 years working experience in manufacture.

9. > 5 years working experience in material planning and production planning, or

- > 3 years working experience in master planning

10. Lead supply chain management function tasks more than 3 over a period of at least 3 years.

- Worked as planning function leader for a period of 2 years.

11. Worked in international teams

- Worked in different corporate cultures

12. SAP knowledge is preferred, (PP and MM module)

- Bachelor degree or above in logistics or management.

- Fluent english skill.

What else do I need to know?

- Mission of Function: Make production plan and material plan with methodical process to fulfill customer demand and control inventory in reasonable level
