General Work Summary:
Work closely with KA customer and retailers to ensure retail sales growth, profitability, brands awareness and annual commercial plan execution.

Responsibilities：
1.Work closely with National and Regional or Local level distributors to ensure the best coverage of China in designated channels and achieve sales targets.
2.Drive business development with targeted customers by finding new distributors, listing new customers with existing distributors and optimizing assortment of existing customers.
3.Develop both Imported goods and locally manufactured goods portfolio.
4.Provide effective business planning and analysis / recommendations to customers and Andros management in order to achieve annual sales target
5.Provide marketing and promotion planning to customers, ensure its execution and ROI.
6.Be an ambassador of the company and its brands at all times, maintain excellent relationships internally and externally with customers and distributors
7.Work closely with the Retail Director for annual forecasting, budget follow-up.

Requirements：
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Native Chinese, good command of written and spoken English.
- +5 years experience from the food and beverage industry, Distribution company background is preferred. Retail / E-business or manufacturing company background will be considered.
- With international Food and beverage brands back ground.
- Knowledge of locally manufactured goods distribution is preferred.
- Full understanding of import supply chain process, logistics, business planning, P&L optimization, data analysis, forecasting.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel / Powerpoint.
