The current need for expanding into the international market and collaborating with international institutions in R & D and businesses around the world, as well as local bodies in China, has resulted in this rare opening for Project Manager, International Business Department.
Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Project Manager. This is a unique opportunity for global business development for anyone who is qualified and ambitious enough to take it.
Based in Zhongguancun, the most prestigious hi-tech district in Beijing, you will be mainly responsible for the following specialist and managerial aspects within the International Business Department:
？Business development activities like developing new business connections, preliminary market research, market entry and expansion. This will involve international travel as well.
？Handling multi-functional activities like marketing, business development, lead management, logistics, product registration issues for the international business department.
？Managing, tracking and organizing international business leads, clients and collaborations.
？Liaising with relevant bodies and prospective collaborating partners abroad.
？Daily communications with international customers, collaborators, partners as well as internal stakeholders.
？Management of project(s), typically involving planning, development and implementation of systems to meet identified client needs, within agreed parameters of cost, time scales, and quality.
Qualification:
？Bachelor’s degree in bioscience or agriculture related subjects. Agriculture/Plant protection graduates & postgraduates will be preferred.
？2-3 years work experience in international marketing, project management, or business administration with preference given to candidates who have worked in the field of business development / marketing of Agricultural products.
？Experience in managing projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints. Can work under strict deadlines.
？Excellent written & spoken communication skills – in Chinese & English.
？Should have client-facing experience.
？Should possess integrity, good work ethic, entrepreneurial mind, self-driven and willing to take challenges.
？Should be a good team player and enjoy working in a multicultural environment. Prefer candidates willing to go for a long-term commitment to grow with the company.
？Enjoy traveling.
？Possess good knowledge of MS Office.
？Interested in contributing to green technology and protection of environment.
Job Location: Zhongguancun, Beijing
Salary: includes basic salary plus bonus and stock options.
