足球教练监管/助理教练


北京万国群星足球俱乐部现聘请具备青少年足球培训经验的专业足球教练，获聘者将成为万国群星足球俱乐部青少年足球培训项目中的重要组成部分。工作时将在北京和天津,与俱乐部中持有英足总认证资格的英国教练们一起为国内青少年制定，开发，教授等一系列高质量的足球培训服务。

应聘者需要充满活力，能够遵守规定的工作日程安排,并对于足球和孩子都充满热情。出色的中英双语口头表达能力，客户沟通技巧和熟练的电脑办公软件操作技能。具备足够的足球运动知识。拥有幼教相关经历或足球培训经验者优先考虑。致力于让更多的孩子热爱上足球这项运动。



本职位为一个全职工作。但如果您不能做全职，您也可以同时申请兼职助理教练的工作。

工作职责

有效的监管俱乐部的青少年培训计划
为孩子们的父母以及相关单位提供电话咨询
遵守规定的工作日程安排
适时更新俱乐部网站，如果有需要，翻译相关材料
与俱乐部的教练合作外出提供培训,工作地点,场地在北京.
帮助俱乐部的管理人员发展青少年培训计划
及时想俱乐部的管理人员反映培训课程的进行情况
协助俱乐部推广活动、赛事、以及青少年培训计划
参加俱乐部的其他活动如果需要
工作性质一半时间在公司办公室，另一半时间需去球场工作


职位要求：

对俱乐部的各种足球活动抱有极大的热情和渴望。
本科及以上学位（体育、英语、公关专业优先）
良好的英语听说以及写作能力
良好的组织能力，能够遵守既定的规则，注重细节
良好的人际沟通能力，能够与不同国籍、不同背景的人交流
拥有足球教练证书或相关经验者优先
拥有少儿教育领域经验者优先
外向，友好，通情达理
需有基本的电脑办公软件技能（会Photoshop以及网页制作HTML技能者优先）

FOOTBALL COACHING COORDINATOR / COACHING ASSISTANT

ClubFootball is seeking a lively and well-organised football Coaching Coordinator / Coaching Assistant to play a vital role in the development of ClubFootball’s football coaching programmes. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the club’s management and coaching staff to effectively administrate the club’s junior coaching programmes in Beijing and Tianjin, and work as a coaching assistant on the pitch where required.

Ideal candidates should be responsible, able to work to deadlines and have a keen eye for detail. Customer service experience is desirable, and familiarity with Microsoft Office packages is required. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English and Chinese) are also essential. Experience of working with children and/or soccer coaching experience is advantageous; enthusiasm and a passion for football and learning is a must!

This is a full-time position. Part-time positions may be available for exceptional candidates unable to commit to full-time work.

Responsibilities

Effectively administering the club’s junior soccer coaching programmes
Answering customer Email/telephone enquiries and liaising with parents and relevant organizations.
Maintaining accurate and timely course records and documentation.
Updating the club website, and translating documents where required.
Work with the club’s qualified coaching staff to deliver coaching sessions at venues across Beijing.
Assisting the club’s management to develop the club’s junior football offerings.
Reporting feedback to management and improving and developing procedures in accordance.
Assisting in the promotion of the club’s activities, events and coaching programmes
Attending special club events and activities as required.

Requirements

A desire and commitment to being part of the club’s growing range of junior footballing products and services in Beijing and beyond.
University degree (Major in Sports Studies, English, PR or Communications preferred)
Excellent spoken and written English skills. A knowledge of other skills is advantageous.
Good organization skills, and the ability to follow procedures, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people of all nationalities and backgrounds
A football coaching qualification and/or experience advantageous
Experience of working with children preferred
Outgoing, friendly and approachable
Applicants with computer skills preferred (Word, Excel and Internet. Photoshop and HTML skills particularly desired)
