Experience & Skills Required 素质/技能要求：
1. 3+ years of related experiences in event production and management. Familiar with event planning and management processes.
3年以上的活动制作和管理相关经验，熟悉活动策划和管理流程
2. Solid knowledge of printing, fabrication materials, event construction, AV/lightings…etc.
具有印刷、制作材料、活动建设、AV/照明等相关知识
3. Automotive or fashion related industry event background is a plus.
具有汽车或时尚相关产业活动背景的更佳
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills with various suppliers.
具有出色的与不同供应商的沟通和谈判技能
5. Result oriented great team player and good interpersonal skills
具备以结果为导向的优秀团队协作能力和良好的交际能力

6. Willing-to-learn attitude of new production techs and materials etc.
对新的制作技术和材料等能保持积极学习的态度
7. Good computer skill of office software. Knowledge of photoshop, illustrator, and AutoCAD software is preferred.
计算机水平良好,能熟练运用办公软件，会Photoshop、Illustrator及 AutoCAD软件者优先。
8. Fluent Mandarin and English skills both in writing and speaking.
普通话、英语口头和书面表达能力强

1.Manage relationship with current production suppliers to meet diversified production needs and standards of clients.
维护与现有制作供应商的关系，以此满足多样化的制作需求和客户标准。
2.Develop new and qualified production resources to meet the growing production needs and challenges.
开发新的合格的制作资源，以此满足日益增长的制作需要和挑战。
3.Manage day to day communication and negotiation with suppliers to maximize the business benefits of both the client and the company.
负责与供应商的日常交流和谈判，使客户和公司的商业利益均最大化。
4.Seamless teamwork with account/event team and creative team to ensure the delivery of production work on quality, on schedule and within budget.
与客户团队和创意团队紧密合作，保证制作工作在预算范围内按照计划保质展开。
5.Develop and oversee the production process both for 2D and 3D event construction, AV/lightings…etc from pre-event planning and onsite execution.
改进并监督2D/3D活动建设以及AV/照明等的制作过程（从活动前期策划到现场执行）
6.Overall manage the production team
