The Role
Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Team Manager who needs to maintain existing customers and explore the target market proactively and work closely with Product Manager to offer the appropriate TFCMC solutions to enlarge the market share. This position requires also require strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
？-To achieve individual business and financial target and maximize market share.
？-To maintain existing customers and explore the target market proactively, aggressively and passionately.
？-To understand customers’ specific requirements and work closely with Product Manager to offer the appropriate TFCMC solutions.
？-To cross sell Global Transaction Banking products and services to promote Deutsche Bank’s franchise.
？-To work together with Relationship Management team to come up with quality credit proposals and minimize the potential credit loss.


Your Skills & Experience
Experience and Key skills:
？-Graduate with 10 years commercial banking experience. Specialized trade finance and cash management knowledge and expertise.
？-Computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel etc)
？-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as a team player with strong influential skill that can motivate other team members to achieve the business objective.
？-Excellent presentation skills, strong selling skills and customer service skills including but not limited to communication skill and negotiation skill.

Qualifications:
？-Strong written and spoken English, local language capability.
？-Self-confident and performance driven. Ability to work independently under pressure and work persistently.
？-Familiar with the regulatory environment concerning financial industry in China.
