岗位职责：

1、制定并组织实施公司官网、各业务网站的搜索自然流量优化；
2、评估、分析网站的关键词，提升网站关键词的搜索排名；
3、跟踪和分析引入的SEO流量以及相关关键词的排名，形成阶段性数据报告并提出后续优化方案；
4、负责对内容、构架及代码等进行优化，分析搜索引擎流量，有效支持运营产品发展；
5、同第三方网站进行流量、数据、反向链接或服务的交换，增加网站的流量和知名度；
6、制定网站SEO优化方案和分析；
7、根据执行情况制定关键字策略，对方案不断进行持续调优；


任职要求：

1、熟知各大搜索引擎（google、baidu、雅虎）的排名原理和技术特性，能针对不同的搜索引擎制定网站页面的优化方案；
2、熟练使用SEO优化各种工具和技术，有较丰富的操作经验；
3、熟悉网站建设的相应技术（对于Web服务器、Apache、域名、Unix等名词不陌生，并了解它们的工作原理，熟悉HTML、PHP、CSS等页面语言，精通HTML者为佳）；
4、根据网站不同产品制定关键字策略，协调产品部进行实施，并进行监控，对方案不断进行持续调优。
5、拥有丰富的外链获取经验，能够快速高效的获得优质外链资源。
