- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING, we are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor 质量控制主管

What are my responsibilities?

1. Work on some specific quality job as QC engineer, such as quality document writing, quality issue handling, equipment evaluation and preparation etc.

2. Carry out overall coaching, training, evaluation and management to QC engineer and inspector

3. Collect related departments through quality meeting to resolve product quality problem.

4. Analyse the data using statistical techniques and deliver the quality report. Organize quality meeting and follow up corrective and preventive actions

5. Organize a team to improve the quality problem. .

6. Provide some quality training/consulting and solution for other departments especially production and PT.

7. Deal with customer complain

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Have the profession background of electronics or mechanical university degree, be able to master the technique characteristics of fire electronics product and concerned national standard through self-study.

2. More than 5 years' experience of quality management in electronic industry in international company. Be familiar with the electronic production system and quality control methods. At lease 3 years experience of leadership

3. Understanding of ISO9001 and ISO14000. Internal auditor is preferred. 6 Sigma green belt and black belt is preferred

4. Experience on RoHS and WEEE is preferred

5. Good English communication

1. Mission of Function: Make sure the production quality and delivery quality

2. Dimensions of Function: QC engineers/technicians are the direct reports.

3. Contacts:

- Internal: strategic procurement, logistic, PCC, production technology, workshop

- External: test authority, audit organization, training organization.
