Technical Support Engineer

The position would directly report to Product Line Manager, below please refer to the job description:

Job Purpose:

Their role is technical support on stationary crushing & screening business. Their daily work are preparing flowsheet, technical documents for offer/bidding, visiting the customer with sales people, knowledge of customer requirements and the finding of solutions.

Key performance areas:

· Work closely with sales team to understand CNS CHN customer’s technical requirements/needs, and enhance their comprehension of product application.

· Provide technical support to both customers, distributors, and the internal sales teams on product offering and technical communication & training

· Facilitate marketing survey on the status & development for different industries customer applications.

· Focus on product application field research & case study for typical customer

· Participate in the marketing events, exhibition, and industry seminars, collect and analyses up-to-date information from the market

· Keep up to date in relation to and competitors’ product performance, product & market development.

· Provide input (editing, translation & verification) into technical and marketing material.

· Crushing Plant Design related work, such as flowsheet, layout, equipment selection, operation cost analysis, and providing technical support on the customers’ plant design and construction after sales.

· Technical documentation preparing, such as Project Proposal, Bidding document, Equipment/Process Presentation, Competition Analysis/Comparison.

Your profile:

· Knowledge of SMC CNS equipment’s and application especially crusher & screening products and application

· Fluent English in both verbal and written;

· Proficient computer skills in MS office and AutoCAD；

· Proactive, quick at learning;

· Strong customer service focus.

· Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills.

· At least 2 years’ working experience in construction or mining related industry, and have C&S plant design and/or construction experience.

· University degree (or above )with major in engineering, mining or mechanical;

Other information:

· Frequent travel is required by this job, average 1/3 - 1/2 working day is on travel.

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
