Responsibility岗位职责:

1) Define measures to improve work efficiency (e.g. layout, fixture, production workflow…) Optimize the process flow continually to improve the productivity;
2) Lead work efficiency improvement projects; lead lean improvement projects
3) Analyze cost saving potentials and lead cost down projects
4) Discover technical and quality’s problems in time and rightly solve; Solve technical problems on site;
5) Select fixtures、cutting tools and attachments for new products; make cutting programs and processes for new products ;
6) Analyze scrap parts find out root reason and improve the process.


Qualification要求:

1) Fresh Graduate perfered.Bachelor equivalent or above, major in Industrial Engineering;
2) Excellent IE knowledge, IE expert
3) Strong ability to solve technical problems; know well fixtures, cutting tools, programming; know well FANUC CNC system;
4) Skilled with Microsoft based software and Auto CAD; Good reading or writing ability in English;
5) Good communication skill.
