Job Description

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide HR & Admin Support to the team, including documents and reports completion
- Participate in HR-related projects (Employee Referral, Outstanding Employee Selection, etc.)
- Support the employee entry & exit process
- Facilitate employee on-boarding process
- Support the internal recruitment
- Support the HR & recruitment system implementation
- Support foreigner visa application
- Other tasks assigned by Sr. HR BP
Qualifications:
- University degree a must, Majored in HR, Management, Language, or other related discipline
- 1-2 years working experience as a HR generalist
- Previous working experience in consulting/service company will be a plus
- Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
- Fluency in Chinese and English required.
