Position Summary:
The Marketing Automation Manager, reporting to the Manager, Marketing Communications, will collaborate with Business Unit Product Marketing and Application to design, implement, and execute emails, website, social media, e-commerce and marketing automation programs.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in marketing automation tool.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with product marketing teams and applications team to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns within the marketing automation system
Work with corporate e-marketing team to manage company/3rd party website
Work with China corporate e-commerce team to manage the implementation including customer, product related database readines, back end system process setup, customer communication, testing, demo, training…etc.
Standardize process for integrated business unit, looking for continuous improvement to manage processing work by utilization e-commerce platform.
Assist to enhance social media presence and internal/external digital engagement
Oversee the implementations of social media strategies ( posting, analytics and reporting)
Maintain extremely high design and production standards, as well as the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
任职条件
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
10 year working experience is mandatory and at least 5 years working experience in e-commerce/marketing automation business
Proficient in English communication, talking, writing and reading.
Experience in web and user interface design; able to demonstrate common principles of web usability
Familiar with key platforms such as Weibo, WeChat, familiar with Goolge analytics and basic SEO/SEM techniques.
Preferred to have solid knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Photoshop and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), 3D Studio Max and Flash
Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in fast-paced, multi-campaign environments
Excellent project management skills including the ability to formulate and drive detailed plans and key performance indicators to report on the health of each project
Able to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to management, as well as offering potential solutions
