Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate Engagement Manager/ Account Manager with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and the development of proposals of cost effective solutions.

4. Designs, structures, and delivers presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience with some senior input.

5. Organizes and conducts high quality primary research and synthesizes findings for Project Director’s further review .

6.Provide key inputs to different project teams to guide the directions and control the quality of market research projects

7.Responsible of well and effectively managing a team of consultant or Researchers;Develop the capability of market research team with professional inputs to the specific projects and provide training and guidance to junior team members in order to maximize the performance of a strong team as a whole

Jobholder's Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree above majored in Medical, pharmic, biology, sociology, statistics or related fields
本科及以上学历,医学、药学、生物学、社会学、统计学等相关专业
2. 8+ years of market research experiences in pharmaceutical or healthcare areas, preferably market research (either client or agency) marketing, business development positions with market research exposures;qualitative analysis or statistics experience, excellence at statistic tools such as SPSS、Excel for programming and statistics analysis
8年以上医药类市场调研或相关工作经验, 有统计或定量分析经验,熟练使用SPSS、Excel等各类统计应用软件,能熟练使用SPSS编程及进行多种统计分析工作
3. Deep knowledge of Market Research methods, tools and techniques and excellent multiple projects Management skills; Keen on market research and consulting service for perfect results
