职位描述
Role & Responsibilities
1. Leasing support: Make drawings and sketches for the leasing team. Work according to "Leasing process - Role of Interior Architect, 2011-11-17"
2. Support TC to review tenants design, ensure tenants' design follows our shop front hand book.
3. Update Log book for all tenants.
4. Coordinate with IICG property and marketing departments, to develop the design brief together with them.
5. Special assignments given by Design manager. Sketches, drawings on concept developments.
6. Daily support to the Design manager. Support to project team such as drawing management, file structure and administration, upload drawings etc. Support in contact with external parties such as General contractor, authorities, local design institute, etc.
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
- University degree in architecture or interior design.
- 5 years experience at least in the field of architecture or interior design.
- Work experience regarding commercial architecture.
- High level of English.
Nice to have:
- Work experience with foreign architect, developer or local design institute is a plus.
- Leasing experience is an advantage.
- Co-ordination experience in interior design and landscape.
- Knowledge of material sourcing and building specification.
Skills & Abilities:
- Good communication skill. Interacts with others in a sensitive and effective way. Respects and works well with others.
- Good analytical skill
- Good oral and written capability, both in Chinese and English
- A quick learner
- AutoCAD and Photoshop, Microsoft office package.
Behaviour:
- Independent work, take initiative
- Team work spirit
- Full of energy
- Be a responsible and humble person
- Logical thinking
