Responsibilities
¨ Billing Management - Be responsible for the billing function of all shopping centres in IICG China. Manhattan (billing system) super user, lead the system launch in China. Smoothly manage Manhattan to generate invoice of rent, service charge, marketing fee, utilities consumption, etc. to tenants.
¨ Receivables Control - Be in charge of rent / fee collection, guarantee collection/renewals and control. Set up A/R aging report and follow up actions to contact with counterparties.
¨ Budgeting Management - Lead shopping centre Property organization in strategic planning, annual budgeting and tertially forecasting process.
¨ Management Reporting & Analysis - Set up and maintain shopping centre management reporting on HQ level, country level and centre level. Benchmarking financial KPIs among different centres. Support management decision-making with ad-hoc analysis relevant with centre operation.
¨ Financial control - Manage the implementation of financial routines / processes in shopping centres. Review and control centre cost management.
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
¨ University degree in finance/accounting related
¨ >8 years experience in MNC with relevant functions, industry experience with commercial real estate is preferred
¨ >5 years management / leadership experience
Skills & Abilities:
¨ Strong communication skills
¨ Strong analytical skills
¨ Be able to work independently, demonstrates a readiness to take the initiatives and originate actions.
¨ Interacts with others in an effective way, respects and works well with others
¨ Good command of English in oral and written
¨ Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Word, etc.
