职位描述

Responsibilities:

¨ Support the Lease Team Mgr (LTM) securing that the commercial plan is reflected in the Investment Request.

¨ Support LTM to follow-up project leasing progress frames and goals assigned by Head of Leasing.

¨ Support LTM and Lease Mgr's (LM) in working with project CAD architect, securing that drawings are correctly and timely updated.

¨ Actively search for new local prospects (potential tenants) to optimize tenant mix.

¨ Coordinate with project tenant coordinators to secure understanding and implementation of Exhibit B.

¨ Secure communication flow; follow up deals done with project tenant coordinators (adequate information timely provided to tenants regarding hand over date).

¨ Support LTM and LM in transfer of contract related information to leasing administration department with relevant input to produce Heads of Terms and Lease Agreements.

¨ Support LTM in checking that all relevant activities CRM have been logged in the CRM system.

¨ Act professionally, uphold and showcase high ethic & moral integrity, always strive to be an ambassador for IICG and the values we stand for.





Qualifications



Knowledge& Background:



¨ University degree in finance, legal, business or marketing is preferred.

¨ >1 years experience from working with shopping centre/real estate development, retail expansion, leasing or sales, working in international organizations is preferred.

¨ Language: Fluent in Mandarin, English is preferred but not mandatory.

¨ General understanding of sales & negotiation, commercial concepts, clustering, tenant mix and positioning is a plus.

¨ Sound skills in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Number of prospects contacted / project presented
