Primary Responsibility

? Use, evaluate and interpret the results from a variety of security related tools.
? Part of IT Security Incident response process. Act as local site contact for all Security incidents/Alerts
? Act as a DR(Disaster Recovery) Liaison/coordinator for the site
? Participate in compliance activities like IT Quality Review, data center assessments, Table Top and expand compliance activities.
? Evaluate new threats and vulnerabilities to determine impact to TI and what countermeasures should be deployed both technical and procedural.
? Provide security consultation to IT projects and requests; requirements, analysis, testing and validation efforts included. Represent security on ITR and other projects.
? Develop security policies and procedures. Lead policy compliance efforts. Contribute to awareness efforts.
? Perform and document security analysis of Risk Acceptance and other requests.

Basic Requirement

? Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university.
? Preferred 2-4 years' IT security related experience in large multi-national company with skillsets as following
o Working knowledge of security & disaster recovery principles and philosophies.
o Good knowledge of various Windows and Unix (Linux) platforms.
o Working knowledge of common security technologies like Antivirus, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Nessus, NMAP etc.
o Working knowledge in networking fundamentals ( Routers, Switches)
o Ability to write scripts and basic programs for automation.

? Experience of following will be a plus
o Understanding of DLP technology
o Understand the SIEM architecture
o Hands on Experience in RSA SecurID
o Working knowledge of SIEM Log analysis

? Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Use a collaborative style to work on cross-functional teams in different time zones.
? Ability to work under pressure.
? Responsible and dependable.
? Any security certifications.
