Responsibilities:
(1)Support APUS in developing and updating the social media strategy for global market
(2)Plan and coordinate global social media campaigns that support APUS’ brand together with partners, attracting new users, high engagement levels.
(3)Promote APUS brand online; effectively support APUS in developing partnerships with identified key influencers on social media channels.
(4)Monitor trends in social media channels and the competition; be aware of market changes and developments; apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts.
(5)Coordinate the content plan with the relevant team to guarantee best possible engaging content. Manage social publishing calendar.
(6)Define, track, and report performance of social media metrics for campaigns and ongoing social media initiatives.
(7)Assist APUS in leveraging measurement tools to establish progress reports and mine insights, while continuously improving those metrics through testing and identifying new initiatives.
(8)Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders across all functions to ensure best result through cross-departmental synergies.
Requirements:
(1)English skill is must, proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Hindi is preferred;
(2)Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations or a relevant field of work
(3)2+ years related experience in social marketing, advertising or communications.
(4)Social media experience, especially Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/Instagram experience is highly appreciated.
(5)Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
(6)Great passion for social media marketing
(7)Well-developed understanding and knowledge of digital marketing techniques
(8)Creative, pro-active, calm under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills
(9)Strong project management and organization skills
(10)Fair technical knowledge and can pick up new tools quickly
