Management of:
1, Prospecting and the development of new accounts and/or new applications within existing accounts
2, The service and development of named assigned sales accounts and the development of good relationships within those accounts
3, The balance between short-term gain and long-term growth for all opportunities and initiatives to achieve/exceed preset sales targets and increase market share
4, Accurate and effective representation of Fairchild’s new business development status and messages to the customers detailing those developments
5,Sales planning to manage demand forecast from customers
6, Account Management to drive revenue and manage relationship
7, Coordinate business data and reporting on a regular basis
8, Manage Rest Of Market in Pearl River Delta business through strong coordination and communication skills to manage pricing and revenue forecast with various business stakeholders
9, Team-player, strong communication and co-ordination skill
Participate in:
10, Periodical price negotiation with the customers and renew contracts
11,Account Planning annually and periodical update
12,Development and updating of strategic Business Plans for all target accounts.
13,Imputing of opportunities in SFDC
14,Proactive work together with FAE to do more demand creation at exist customers and develop new customers
15,Willing to travel frequently in domestic & overseas
Monitor:
16,The market and industry to identify new applications (design in) to initiate new business opportunities in key segments or customer base..
17,Update and maintain all account information and activity in SalesForce
18,And direct Distribution activity at assigned accounts, including design effort, pricing and delivery.
Work with:
19,Sales Teams by recommending products that meet the requirements of the customer
20,FAE, Quality and Sales Management Teams to provide technical support and manage customer problems and complaints
21,Other functions within Fairchild to ensure product delivery dates align with the expectations of the customer
22,FAE, MKT Teams and Product Lines to provide accurate, effective and timely acquisition of customers’ technical information
23,Finance for the timely payment from customers.
