Job Responsibilities:

1.Create BOM, routing sheet and drawing for connector, use for quotation, purchasing and production stages.

2.Create new part number and import the engineering data into the ERP system and maintain.

3.Charge in resolve the technical issues and control engineering changes within the organization and work with team to implement.

4. Design housing, shell, terminal for connector , 2D/3D , DFMEA, tolerance analysis, product specification, BOM

设计负责连接器的3D设计（塑壳、金属外壳、端子等）、2D绘制、DFMEA、公差分析、产品规格书，BOM。

5. Charge the finish goods/component validation plan.

负责编制成品和零部件的检验及试验方法。

6.Make and follow up design validation and product validation.

负责连接器的开发设计直至样品确认进行批量生产。

7.Team work with internal department like QC, Planning, Purchasing, Production, etc.

与相关各部门沟通良好。

Major Job Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical and Engineering.

本科学历，机械及机电专业。

2.3 years above work experience.

3年以上连接器行业的技术岗位的工作经验。

3.Knowledge of molding, stamping, plating, turning, milling, and process will be advantage.

掌握塑料件注塑，金属件冲压,电镀,车铣的知识，熟悉注塑及冲压的生产工艺过程。

4.2-3 years product design experience in connector industry preferred. Good at plastic or metal parts design.

有从事2-3年连接器设计工作经验的优先录用，有设计注塑件及金属件的相关经验。

5.3D software application experience, like PRO-E, UG, VISI etc.

熟练使用三维造型软件，如PRO-E, UG,VISI等。

6.Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with both internal and external personnel. Good project management ability.

具备良好的人际交往能力，项目管理能力、处理好内部客户和外面客户的关系。

7.Good command of both written & spoken English.

英语流利。
